Week 3: Uncover Your Relationships Inventory

Week 4: Decode Your Attachment Style & Core Wounds

  • Overview: Explore the intersection of attachment theory and personal trauma, understanding how early attachments and core wounds influence your current relational dynamics. This week focuses on the roots of your behavioural patterns in relationships.

Week 5: Relational Stances & Defences

  • Outcome: Cultivate awareness of your defensive behaviours and their impact. Begin the process of gently dismantling unhelpful defences, encouraging openness and authenticity in your connections.

Week 6: Your Healing Roadmap - ‘Change’ & Relational Superpowers

  • Overview: Design a personalised roadmap for change, integrating accountability and recognising your unique relational strengths. This module equips you with tools to navigate the journey ahead, emphasising growth and empowerment.

  • Outcome: Equip yourself with a clear, actionable plan for personal and relational development. Identify and leverage your relational superpowers, fostering resilience, empathy, and effective communication.

Week 7: Recondition Your Nervous System & How You Think, Feel, & Act

  • Overview: Address the physiological and psychological aspects of stress, triggers, and emotional responses. Learn techniques to soothe and recondition your nervous system, reshaping how you experience and react in relationships.

  • Outcome: Master strategies for calming your nervous system and regulating emotions. Expect improvements in how you think, feel, and act in challenging situations, leading to healthier relationship dynamics.

Week 8: Strengthen Self-Worth, Self-Respect, Self-Knowledge, and Self-Awareness

  • Overview: Deepen your journey into self-discovery, focusing on building self-worth, self-respect, and self-awareness. This week is about embracing your inherent value and understanding how this shapes your relationships.

Week 9: Understand Boundaries & Red vs. Amber Flags
